Confirm Your Decor Selections
Review your chosen decor pieces and confirm that they align with your vision. If you have any last-minute changes or additions, please let myself or your chosen supplier know as soon as possible.
Venue Walkthrough
Visit your venue to finalise placement and styling details. Take note of any specific requirements or restrictions and share them with your suppliers for a seamless setup. If you need to know measurements of any decor you've hired from me just let me know and I'll forward you my measurements guide.
Coordinate with Your Planner:
Reach out to your wedding planner (if you have one) and ensure they have all the necessary information about your decor setup. Pass on my details so we can collaborate to make your vision come to life!
Guest Seating and Table Arrangements
Double-check your guest list and seating arrangements. Confirm that table numbers, place cards, and any other personalised decor items are accounted for.
Weather Contingency Plan
If your celebration is outdoors, have a weather contingency plan in place. Ensure that any outdoor decor is weather-resistant and have a backup plan if needed.

Work with your planner or venue to finalise the wedding day timeline. Ensure that there is enough time for you to set up any of your own decor, perhaps the day beforehand if they don't have a wedding on that day. I contact the venue to arrange the set up and collection of my items, giving you one less thing to think about.

Share your decor vision with your photographer and videographer. It's helpful for them to know which pieces are your key items that you want photos of or with.
